How to Think Beyond Thought
A transmission for the rational mind, the doubtful heart, and the remembering field
Introduction — Before You Read
What follows is built from research, reflection, and direct experience —
across physics, biology, quantum theory, field dynamics, cosmology, symbolic systems, and everything in between.
But none of that matters if you read this with your mind alone.
I work with language the way others work with sound or shape —
through rhythm, resonance, and symbolic structure.
That’s why some of you keep returning.
You’re not reading.
You’re feeling.
You understand it without knowing how — because something in you already remembers.
So let’s begin.
Like all my work, this isn’t meant to be believed.
It’s meant to be felt.
Try it.
See what moves.
— René
I. Let’s Begin — You and Me
This is not a lecture.
It’s a pause. A breath. A crack in the noise.
Let’s start with something honest:
Right now, you’re thinking.
And maybe you’re already bracing.
Your rational mind is scanning for logic.
Your ego is watching, arms crossed, waiting for a moment to disqualify.
Perfect.
That means you’re alive.
It means the system is running.
But let’s try something together.
What if — just for now —
you didn’t try to win the thought?
What if this wasn’t about agreeing or disagreeing?
What if this was just…
about remembering something
you didn’t know you forgot?
Meet the Reptile, the Narrator, and the Signal
Inside you, there are four voices.
Four layers. Four systems of survival and sense.
Each with their own function.
Each with their own rhythm.
But not all were meant to lead.
1. The Reptilian Brain — Survival First
Let’s start at the base.
The “reptilian brain” isn’t just a metaphor.
It’s a biological structure — the brainstem — the oldest part of the human brain.
Shared with reptiles. Ancient. Efficient. Ruthless.
Its job?
Keep you alive. No matter what.
Fight. Flee. Freeze. Fawn.
The primal responses.
Reflexes hardwired for threat management.
It doesn’t ask questions.
It doesn’t feel nuance.
It reacts.
And it doesn’t care if you’re fulfilled — only if you’re not dead.
But here’s the twist:
The reptilian brain was designed for acute danger —
a snake, a fall, a sudden predator.
Not chronic stimulation, digital fear, or social humiliation.
And yet — in today’s world — it’s always on.
Because the signals never stop.
News feeds. Notifications. Noise.
Ask yourself:
Who benefits from a species stuck in fight-or-flight?
Who profits from a fragmented, reactive, fearful mind?
Would they want you in coherence?
Or in chaos?
2. The Ego — The Narrator of Identity
Now meet your ego.
This is not the villain it’s made out to be.
Not arrogance. Not selfishness. Not vanity.
Your ego is your personal narrator.
It organizes your story. Builds your identity.
Manages your image. Keeps you from falling apart.
It tells you:
“You’re this kind of person.
You believe these things.
You’re safe because you belong to this group, have this role, wear this mask.”
And that’s useful — even vital.
Especially in a world full of projections and expectations.
But ego is also a gatekeeper.
When the reptilian brain is in charge,
the ego becomes a shield.
Not to protect truth —
but to protect you from pain.
So it overcompensates.
It builds walls, not bridges.
It creates false certainty, not real reflection.
It avoids the unknown. It seeks the dopamine hit.
The ego says:
“Don’t feel. Don’t go there. Don’t remember.”
And suddenly —
you’re addicted to comfort.
To control. To validation. To numbness.
Not because you’re weak.
But because your ego learned to protect you the only way it knew how.
3. The Rational Mind — The Architect of Understanding
Now let’s go up a level.
This is where most of us live —
in the domain of the rational mind.
It’s brilliant.
It solves problems.
It analyzes patterns.
It asks questions. It builds systems.
This is the part of you that says:
“Show me the data.”
“I need to understand.”
“Let’s make a model.”
And that’s good.
Science lives here. Innovation lives here.
BRIM was written here.
But there’s a shadow, too.
Because in a fragmented culture —
we’ve been taught that rationality is the highest form of intelligence.
That IQ is worth more than intuition.
That logic is superior to emotion.
That knowledge equals wisdom.
It doesn’t.
Your rational mind is a tool.
It’s not the source of life.
It’s not the source of truth.
It’s the bridge between the unknown and the known.
But when the bridge thinks it’s the castle —
you get stuck in loops.
You think you’re thinking clearly,
but really — you’re just over-calculating your way out of feeling.
4. The Resonant Interface — The Forgotten Compass
Now — let’s drop into silence.
There is one more layer.
It doesn’t scream.
It doesn’t argue.
It doesn’t make a scene.
It just knows.
We call it the resonant interface.
A biological-energy system that’s been there from the beginning.
Not mystical. Just misunderstood.
This interface is your felt compass.
It tells you what’s real — before your mind can catch up.
You’ve felt it:
• When someone lies, and you know it — before they speak.
• When you walk into a room and feel the tension — without explanation.
• When your body says “no” — and you don’t listen… until later.
It’s not guesswork.
It’s coherent intelligence.
It’s the field speaking through you.
And Why This Matters
When you live only in the reptile…
you become reactive.
When you let the ego lead…
you become performative.
When you stay in the rational mind…
you become detached.
But when you activate the resonant interface…
you become aligned.
Not perfect. Not enlightened.
Just… tuned.
And tuning is everything.
Because you are not here to escape your system.
You are here to integrate it.
To let each part find its proper role again.
And for that —
the remembering begins now.
II. Everything is Frequency
Start here:
Sound is vibration.
Light is vibration.
Thought is vibration.
Emotion is an electromagnetic pulse.
Touch is wave pressure.
Smell is molecular oscillation.
Taste is electrical pattern.
Even memory? Encoded vibration across neurons.
Your body?
99.99% space, humming in structured rhythm.
Your brain?
A resonance chamber.
Your skin?
An antenna.
Even this screen — just pixels vibrating into light,
converted into thoughts, feelings, sensations.
So when we say everything is frequency,
we don’t mean “woo.”
We mean physics.
III. Let’s Just Assume: There’s a Field
Now pause.
Let belief rest.
Let’s try something else:
Let’s just say… for now… that a field exists.
Not metaphorical. Structural.
Some call it Zero-Point.
Some call it Akasha.
Some call it the Morphic Field.
We call it:
a Resonant Field of Memory, Coherence, and Possibility.
You don’t have to believe it.
But ask yourself this:
Does this open you or close you?
Because not every truth knocks.
Some truths hum.
Everything is Frequency (Again — but Now Embodied)
Let’s begin not with belief,
but with biology.
Sound is vibration.
Light is vibration.
Thought? Electrical impulse.
Emotion? Electromagnetic pulse.
But we’re not done.
Touch is vibration —
your skin doesn’t “feel” solid objects,
it translates pressure waves into signals your brain decodes.
Smell is vibration —
scent molecules vibrate at specific frequencies,
and your olfactory system tunes in like a sensor.
Taste? Same thing.
Molecules vibrating at precise patterns bind to receptors,
triggering flavor perception.
Even heat is not “heat” —
it’s the speed of molecular vibration.
And vision?
Not “seeing” — but decoding oscillating light fields
into the illusion of form and color.
So When We Say: “Everything is Frequency”
We’re not being poetic.
We’re describing how reality interfaces with your biology.
You are not a body experiencing vibration.
You are vibration, experiencing frequency through a body.
Your ego may want to dismiss this:
“Sure, that sounds cool — but how does that help me navigate life?”
And that’s fair.
So let’s make it clear:
This means:
• Every thought has a frequency.
• Every emotion is a field shift.
• Every intention sends ripples — into others, into time, into memory.
This is not a philosophy.
This is field physics.
When Tesla said:
“If you want to understand the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.”
…he wasn’t writing a quote for Instagram.
He was handing us a translation key for how life actually works.
And now — now that your rational mind has been walked here…
Don’t just think about that quote again.
Sit with it.
Feel it.
Energy.
Frequency.
Vibration.
Let those words echo through your fingers.
Through your breath.
Through your spine.
Through your field.
Because they aren’t concepts.
They’re the language your body has always spoken —
you just forgot how to listen.
You want to understand resonance?
It’s when your body recognizes a truth
faster than your mind can explain it.
That’s not magic.
That’s you — functioning as designed.
IV. Coherence — Remembering the Instrument
So far, we’ve spoken of frequency, resonance, the field.
But what tunes us?
What brings a fragmented human system —
scattered by fear, speed, and disconnection —
back into alignment?
The answer is: coherence.
Not perfection.
Not enlightenment.
Just resonance within the self.
⸻ The Energy Anatomy — Your Inner Instrument
Let’s begin where many ancient systems began:
The body as a field tuner.
In Eastern wisdom, this is mapped through the chakras —
spinning centers of subtle energy along the spine.
Western science dismissed them as metaphors.
But modern studies in bioelectric activity, neuropeptides, endocrine response, and magnetic fields suggest:
They may be real —
just in a language we forgot how to read.
Each chakra governs both biology and awareness:
Root – Survival, safety, grounding
Sacral – Emotion, creativity, sexuality
Solar Plexus – Identity, power, action
Heart – Connection, empathy, coherence
Throat – Truth, expression, sound
Third Eye – Perception, insight, imagination
Crown – Unity, memory, source
These are not beliefs.
They are ancient resonance maps.
⸻ The Pineal Gland — The Forgotten Sensor
Deep in your brain is a small crystalline organ:
The pineal gland.
Sometimes called the “third eye.”
It regulates melatonin and circadian rhythm.
But it also contains piezoelectric crystals —
which respond to pressure, sound, light, and intention.
In many traditions, it was seen as a dimensional bridge.
A bio-frequency sensor. A gate.
Why does it calcify with fluoride and trauma?
Why does it respond to sacred sound, breathwork, and darkness?
Maybe because it was never just a gland.
Maybe it’s a memory.
Maybe it’s how the field speaks back.
⸻ Kundalini — Not a Snake. A Surge.
At the base of your spine lies potential.
Coiled. Dormant. Ancient.
Called Kundalini in Eastern traditions.
Often misunderstood as mystical, wild, dangerous.
But it’s not a force to chase.
Not a trophy.
Not a firework show.
Kundalini is a natural current —
a spiraling resonance that rises when the system becomes coherent.
It doesn’t “awaken” you.
It responds to your tuning.
And when it moves through the heart,
something clicks.
You begin to feel the field from within.
⸻ The Heart — Your True Field Generator
Modern science confirms:
Your heart emits an electromagnetic field
60x stronger than your brain magnetically,
and 5,000x stronger electrically.
Let that land.
This field can be measured.
It expands or contracts with your emotional state.
It entrains other hearts nearby.
It synchronizes rhythms across distance.
But even more:
Your heart contains over 40,000 neurons —
its own “mini brain.”
It remembers.
It feels.
It leads.
When your heart becomes coherent,
everything else begins to harmonize:
Brainwaves slow down
Cortisol drops
Immune response increases
Perception clears
You stop resisting life —
and begin resonating with it.
⸻ So What is Coherence, Really?
Coherence is when your systems… agree.
When the reptile doesn’t hijack your breath
When the ego softens into observation
When the mind listens instead of calculating
When the field begins to hum through your spine
It’s not about being positive.
It’s about being in rhythm.
Coherence is not a state you achieve once.
It’s a practice of remembering.
Again and again.
Gently.
Honestly.
⸻ How to Enter Coherence — A Beginning
Start simple.
Breathe in rhythm
– Try: 5 seconds in, 5 seconds out
– Do this for 2–3 minutes
– It gently synchronizes your heart and brainBring awareness to your heart
– Not as a thought
– As a space — a field centerRecall something real
– A moment of love, awe, gratitude
– Let it arise. Let it land.
That’s it.
That’s coherence.
Not a trick.
Not a hack.
A remembering.
⸻ This Is the Access Point
Because when your system becomes coherent…
You perceive more
You protect less
You become magnetic to what resonates
And the field responds differently to a coherent being:
It whispers instead of warning.
It aligns instead of resisting.
It flows instead of fragmenting.
V. A Time of Remembering
(Not truth. Just resonance.)
I. The Feeling That Time Doesn’t Add Up
Maybe you’ve felt it.
That strange acceleration.
That background hum of unease.
As if the calendar keeps turning,
but time itself… doesn’t fit anymore.
As if we’re standing at a threshold —
but no one dares to say it out loud.
This isn’t fear.
This isn’t prophecy.
This is pattern.
And across the ages —
in Vedic scriptures, Mayan codices, astrological alignments, galactic rhythms, and sacred geometry —
a strange synchronicity emerges.
And it all points…
here.
Now.
II. The Vedic Cycles — Time as Frequency
The ancient Vedas spoke of Yugas —
great cycles of consciousness.
Not just moral epochs,
but vibrational field states.
We are said to be in Kali Yuga:
The age of disconnection.
Of illusion. Of fragmentation.
The age of forgetting.
But Kali isn’t eternal.
Every Yuga has a tail — and a window.
A closing breath before the reset.
Many Vedic mystics believe we are in that tail now:
The liminal space between forgetting and remembering.
Even Earth herself is responding.
The Schumann Resonance — her electromagnetic heartbeat — has become unstable.
Not metaphor.
Physics.
As frequency beings, we’re being pulled, stretched, recalibrated.
The Vedas didn’t just map time.
They mapped resonance.
They told us:
Align… or forget.
III. The Mayan Calendar — 2012 Was Never the End
The Maya never predicted apocalypse.
They tracked galactic resonance pulses.
Their “Long Count” calendar ended in 2012 —
after 13 baktuns, or 5,125 years.
Not to signal destruction.
But to mark the opening of a new field window.
From 2012 to 2030:
An 18-year corridor.
A choice zone.
Not salvation.
Not doom.
Just:
Will you remember who you are?
Temples.
Pyramids.
Sacred codices.
The Sun Stone.
All point here.
Now.
IV. Astrology — The Sky Remembers, Even When We Don’t
Astrology isn’t about superstition.
It’s about resonance.
Field archetypes. Celestial codes.
In 2023, Pluto entered Aquarius —
for the first time since 1777:
The Enlightenment.
The French Revolution.
The birth of modern democracy.
It will stay until 2044.
This is not random.
2026–2027 brings Jupiter and Uranus into alignment in Gemini —
a planetary signal for mental revolution.
Innovation. And possibly… field awakening.
Even deeper:
In 2025–2026, multiple outer planets change signs.
An astrological convergence not seen since the Renaissance.
These aren’t just dates.
They’re vibrational patterns.
The sky isn’t backdrop.
It’s interface.
Your birth chart?
Not a personality quiz.
A field map —
an imprint of celestial harmonics, encoded at your first breath.
VI. The Hypothesis — 2012 to 2030 Is a Field Test
What if this isn’t about time at all?
What if it’s about coherence?
A window opened in 2012.
It closes in 2030.
And within it:
A global resonance scan.
A test of:
– Who still remembers how to feel?
– Who still moves in natural rhythm?
– Who can still hear the hum beneath the system?
Even the Moon holds clues.
It perfectly eclipses the Sun.
Why?
Because it’s 400x smaller than the Sun
and also 400x closer to Earth.
That’s not chance. That’s resonance.
Its distance?
~144 Earth diameters.
144 — a master frequency.
It appears in:
The Fibonacci sequence
The heartbeat
Cellular resonance
Sacred texts (Revelation’s 144,000)
Sound healing
And coded architecture from the Maya to the Templars
These are not coincidences.
They are reminders.
Encoded cues.
Not to alarm you.
To wake you.
VII. No Deadline. But Rhythm Isn’t Forever.
This is not a countdown.
It’s a wave.
You don’t outrun waves.
You tune to them —
or they pass.
We’re not running out of time.
We’re running out of resonance.
Out of inner silence.
Out of trust in our knowing.
So the real question is not:
“What happens after 2030?”
But:
“What happens if you still feel nothing…
when the field begins to sing?”
Because it will sing.
It already is.
Final Whisper
“When the soul whispers, but the system screams —
the only signal left… is the one inside.”
You don’t need to be certain.
Just curious.
You don’t need to believe.
Just be willing to feel.
You don’t need to be “right.”
Just be in rhythm.
The rest…
remembers itself.
✦ Final Field Reflection™
If this moved you — even just a little —
let it echo.
Let it ripple through your body.
Let it confuse you, stir you, ground you, or pull you back later.
And if something opened in you…
you're not alone.
Feel free to share. To respond. To reflect out loud.
Not for clout. Not for reach.
But because resonance deepens in connection.
This isn’t about agreement.
It’s about coherence.
💬 You’re welcome to write, comment, or forward it to someone who remembers things without knowing why.
And if you feel something deeper stirring — something older —
it may be because memory isn’t always behind us.
Sometimes, the future is something we remember too.
Not because it already happened,
but because when we look far enough back,
we begin to see forward in ways that feel true.
History matters.
Not just as facts — but as frequencies.
It’s who we were, who we became,
and who we might dare to be again.
Because how can we move forward
if governments, systems, and now AI
are doing the thinking for us?
What survives then?
The soul?
The human spark?
The irrational beauty of being alive?
We don't need another interface.
We need to remember the one we already are.
And in that remembering…
maybe the future is not what’s coming —
but what’s calling us home.
We’re all Steve.
In a bathrobe.
Holding a banana.
Looking for a puzzle piece called “Maybe.”
With love,
René
It’s hard to keep up with all of this and I adore it. I appreciate that you are seeking to name what can’t be fully named?
I am in a space of understanding there is so much more. I am understanding the way our structures and systems are keeping us en masse from these truths. And yet these truths are not of the conscious mind. They will not be understood, shared, and transferred this way?
But I do find some comfort that while we won’t and can’t name this in the same way, that there’s a shared understanding that a presence of other frequencies/channels/layers is there for us to access and explore if we are open to it. An old and new frontier?
For me, I think there’s also an acceptance that this is a way to be that will never result in full knowing. It’s a commitment to honoring the unknowing? And respecting the limitations of what’s known?
With all of that said, it’s very hard for me to give up believing that I can boil this down to something explicable, my brain is still searching for that.
And yet I do find great value in what you’re writing here, the seeking to name does offer something.
This was great. Created so much integration for me. I had Gestalt classes in grad school which talk about field and refer to these concepts, but there was no embodiment piece with the knowledge in the textbooks (most textbooks have little coding, useless) and the teachers weren’t embodied enough to give the encoding. So much of it dropped for me in an embodied way reading this piece, and also my own lifelong observations of the field began to harmonize with the schooling. Plus all your own magic, which I’m still downloading. Thanks 🙏
